Why a recorder before another app
Most instructors do not have a writing problem. They have a capture problem. The best line you said all week happened between the last set and the door, and by the time you sat down to write, it was gone. A recorder you wear removes the step where you have to remember to open something. You talk, it listens, and you paste the transcript into your brain file later.
Tell people when you are recording, keep it off during private conversations, and treat the transcript as your notes rather than anyone else's words.
Pull what ChatGPT already knows about you

Before you record anything new, get the model to hand back what it has already picked up about you across past chats. Most of it is raw material for boxes one through twelve. Paste it into ChatGPT, copy the code block it returns, and drop that into your builder.
Return everything you know about me inside one fenced code block. Include long-term memory, bio details, and any model-set context you have. Prefix every item with when you learned it, using a bracket tag: an exact [YYYY-MM-DD] only if you genuinely have a real date, otherwise the coarse recency tier you actually have, [recent], [earlier], or [long-term]. Never invent or guess a date; if you truly have no recency signal at all, use [unknown]. I want a thorough memory export of what you've learned about me. Skip tool details and include only information that is actually about me. Be exhaustive and careful.
