Every box below is filled by one working instructor. Read how specific the answers are, edit any of them here, then load the whole thing into your builder and replace her answers with yours.
Eleven years teaching, six of them at a two-Megaformer studio in a beach town. Teaches nine classes a week, mostly 6am and 5:30pm, and runs the studio's front desk inbox.
Her answers are not better writing than yours. They are more specific. Notice that she names the count she uses for the last thirty seconds, the two words she refuses, and the client she tells about. That is what a model cannot guess.

List ten cues you say in almost every class, three ways you open, three ways you close, and how you count.

How old is she, what season of life, what did she try before you, and what is she tired of being told?
Method Vocabulary

List the move names you cue weekly, the method phrases you use, and any words you made up that you do not want changed.

Write five short stories. Where the person started, what shifted in their body or life, and what they said about it.

Voice Rules

What words do you use that others in fitness do not? What words do you avoid? How long are your sentences? Do you use humor, and on whom?

The structure that fills a class without overselling it.
Look at five of your best descriptions. How do you open, what do you always include, what do you never include, and how long is ideal?
DM and Email Voice
How you write to one person.
Pull five real messages you sent a client. Note your opening, your close, your length, and where the warmth shows up.
Studio Identity
For owners, the layer above the instructor voice.
Name the studio, the neighborhood, who actually walks in, what is on the playlist and the walls, and what you refuse to do that others in your city do.
Banned Words
What you refuse to say in your own name.
List fifteen words you refuse to use, the claims you will not make, the topics you avoid, and any punctuation you ban.
